Once your order is received, we typically ship within one to three days. We strive to keep our products in stock. If we are out of an item, we will notify you of an expected date of shipment. If desired, you may cancel your pending order at any time. And if ever unsatisfied with your goods, simply return them in new condition for a credit towards any other product we offer.

Since our products are mostly handmade, there may be slight variations in certain items. We choose our suppliers very carefully for consistency, quality, ethics and value. Thousands of items have been sold over the years, and returns are rare - a point of which we are quite proud.

Our online catalogue is updated regularly, keeping you informed on the newest products, price adjustments, and availability of items. A small handling fee is added to the actual shipping charges. We recycle when possible thereby reducing waste and lessening the impact to the environment. Orders are shipped U.P.S. or U.S.P.S. and insured for replacement value. When placing an order, plese wait for a confirmation email with the final totals & payment instructions before making payments. For payment, we accept Paypal, personal or business checks and money orders. Sorry- we do not ship C.O.D. We ship only to the US.
